Your help allows us to give financial support to clubs, societies and student projects around the University.
Your gifts of time, expertise and work experience all make a tremendous impact. You support us in numerous ways – this year over 1,200 of you volunteered over 12,000 hours of your time to support York students – thank you so much!
We want everyone who comes to York to reach their potential – not just academically but also as employable, active and creative individuals who can fully participate in the community.
Since its inception YuStart has attracted over 1,900 of you to give over £88,000 for 75 projects!
A new leaders’ programme has been added to the York Award to give 30 students a unique opportunity to present team projects to a panel of graduate employers and to compete for the Chancellor’s Leadership Prize.
